St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport Maintenance Facility

SGM Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services for the new St. Petersburg Clearwater Airport Maintenance Facility. The goal of the project was to build a New Maintenance Facility adjacent to the airfield that will provide both a new, functional facility as well as a better location for maintenance staff to utilize the facility. The facility mirrored the size and functionality of the existing facility while staying within the project budget. The new facility includes storage, office space, and work space for airport maintenance personnel.

SGM’s design met all applicable codes and design guidelines for the St. Petersburg Clearwater Airport. We reviewed the existing design drawings for general design quality, code compliance issues, review comment required responses, and required drawing revisions.
