Student Health Center CAPS Office Renovation

SGM provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for the 2,020 SF interior renovation of the CAPS Office. The scope included:

• Coordination with FIU UTS for systems, electronics, security, telephone/telecommunications and signage.
• HVAC design to accommodate interior renovation.
• Electrical design to accommodate new devices in revised room layout.
• Construction Administration throughout the construction of the project.
