Timber Creek High School Comprehensive

SGM Engineering provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and low-voltage engineering design services for comprehensive renovation of Timber Creek High School in Orlando, Florida. The campus-wide modernization included air-side and water-side HVAC system upgrades, building automation system (BAS) controls, LED lighting retrofits, fire alarm, intercom, CCTV, and intrusion detection system improvements, as well as building envelope enhancements and interior and exterior renovations.

SGM’s design also supported the remodeling of existing facilities and the creation of additional permanent educational spaces to enhance program functionality, improve operational efficiency, and accommodate future student capacity while delivering a modern, energy-efficient, and code-compliant learning environment.
