Flanagan High School New Classroom Building

SGM provided full MEP/FP Engineering services for the renovation and addition of Flanagan High School. The scope of this $20M project includes safety/security upgrades, HVAC improvements, building envelope improvements, the renovation of a weight room, and classroom addition to allow for the removal of portables. included Test & Balance, replacement of large diameter exhausts/hoods that are missing or damaged, replacement of roof condenser, replacement of large HVAC circulating pump, replacement of damaged chiller HVAC component, replacement of damaged exterior metal cooling tower, replacement of exhaust fan ventilation, repair of thermostat controls, replacement of electric unit heater, and removal and replacement of window AC unit.
