Lakeview Middle School Comprehensive

SGM provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection engineering services for the comprehensive renovation and remodeling of the entire campus. The project improved existing facilities to meet Orange County Public Schools’ Design Guidelines and current educational program requirements.

SGM’s scope included addressing existing MEP/FP deficiencies and designing upgrades for building and site systems that were at or nearing the end of their useful life. Our work was coordinated with the remodeling of existing spaces to support current academic programs, life-safety requirements, accessibility standards, and long-term facility operations.

The project also required carefully phased construction to minimize disruption to the active campus. SGM coordinated the temporary utility services, facilities, and classrooms necessary to support each phase while maintaining safe and continuous school operations.
