500 Ocean Mixed use development

500 Ocean, a mixed-use apartment community in Boynton Beach, FL, includes 341 luxury multifamily rental units and approximately 20,000 square feet of commercial space. The six-story community consists of one, two, and three bedroom units with spacious floor plans. The complex also includes an elaborate clubhouse, fitness center, bowling center, theater room, club room, game room, lounge, summer kitchen, and two courtyards including an expansive pool.

The project was designed to meet The National Green Building Standard Silver Certification, providing utility and water savings, carbon reductions and other energy savings.

SGM provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services for this project. SGM coordinated with local utility, architect, owner, contractor, and civil engineer to design lighting, receptacles, fire alarm system, HVAC system, and plumbing fixtures and floor plan.
