Maitland West Apartments

Maitland West is a modern luxury apartment community in the heart of Maitland, FL. The community is comprised of 315 units including studios and one, two, and three bedroom apartments. It also features a courtyard, pool, zen garden, and open green space. The complex is located within walking distance of various amenities, restaurants, retail, and parks. SGM worked closely with the project team throughout the design with multiple VE sessions to reduce costs related to HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and utilities.
