Orlando International Airport Hyatt FCU Replacement

SGM provided design services for FCU replacement in guest rooms. The scope included the replacement of 5 air handling units and 6 fan coil units, and reconnecting existing building automation system to new control points associated with the new equipment. SGM provided demolition drawings of existing air handling units and fan coil units and mechanical and electrical design services to incorporate new AHU and FCU systems. SGM also attended technical review meetings as required and incorporated any review comments into the bid and construction documents, and provided book specifications with the required front end divisions.:

• AHU Replacement Phase 4 – The replacement of AHU’s 2-1 and 2-3 located on the second floor.
• Fan Coil Replacement Phase 2 – The replacement of FCU’s 1-5, 1-6, and 1-7 located on the first floor.
• AHU Replacement Phase 5 – The replacement of AHU’s 4-1, 4-2, and 4-3 located on the fifth floor north parking garage.
• FCU Replacement Phase 3 – The replacement of FCU’s 1-8, 2-2, and 2-3 located on the first and second floor BOH areas.
