The complex includes an 11-story tower and 7-story mid-rise, which includes 180 units comprised of 68 one-bedroom, 96 two-bedroom, and 16 three-bedroom apartments, townhomes, and penthouse units. It also includes a two-story parking garage. Unique amenities include a 12-slip boat dock, kayak launch and a 3,500-square-foot plaza at the water’s edge.
