The Plaza at ParkSquare

SGM was the MEP Engineer of Record for this high-profile, senior living project located in the heart of Aventura, Florida. The 10-story high rise Plaza at Parksquare sits within the mixed-use campus of Aventura parksquare which includes concierge living, assisted living and memory care residential options The 10-story ALF contains 141 units with 11 distinct unit types, including studios, shared rooms, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms. The ALF has one floor dedicated to Alzheimer’s care and one floor dedicated to Special Care.
The Plaza at ParkSquare is part of a luxury campus with five other buildings that also includes Class A offices, a Starwood Aloft Hotel, state-of-the-art wellness center and over 50,000SF of retail space featuring a variety of restaurants, cafes, banks and other services. This project was another great achievement working with Integra Investments, the Miami-based real estate investment firm with successful ventures throughout South Florida. The campus was awarded or selected as a finalist on several occasions since completion, including:
