Three Points Elementary School Comprehensive

SGM provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection engineering services for the $22 million comprehensive renovation of Three Points Elementary School in Orlando, Florida. The 97,210-square-foot campus serves approximately 743 students.

The project included replacement and modernization of aging building systems, classroom technology improvements, and additional upgrades throughout the campus. SGM’s MEP/FP design supported improved system reliability, energy efficiency, life safety, and long-term maintainability while meeting Orange County Public Schools’ standards and educational program requirements.

The work was coordinated with the project’s phased construction plan to minimize disruption and support safe, efficient implementation of improvements across the active school campus.
